The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles to dealership standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to delivering exceptional vehicle presentation and customer satisfaction. Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Competitive compensation of $36,000 - $50,000 per year, based on experience

- Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicles to dealership standards
- Clean interior and exterior windows, mirrors, and trim
- Vacuum, shampoo, and detail vehicle interiors
- Clean and dress tires, wheels, and wheel wells
- Clean engine compartments as needed
- Apply protective coatings and specialty cleaning products
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery
- Move and park vehicles safely around dealership property
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate all equipment and tools safely and responsibly
- Report any vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to management immediately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous automotive detailing experience
- Dealership, car wash, or vehicle reconditioning experience
- Experience operating detailing equipment and power tools
- Knowledge of automotive cleaning products and detailing techniques
