We're hiring Traveling Telecom Field Technicians to support a large-scale network migration project for a major national telecommunications provider. Nationwide Travel Required!

What You'll Do
- Perform line migrations inside Central Office (CO) facilities
- Move copper pairs and blocks on Main Distribution Frames (MDF)
- Follow printed work orders and installation instructions
- Work alongside Lead Technicians and field teams
- Travel to Central Offices across the country
What We're Looking For
- Reliable with excellent attendance
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable traveling for extended periods (4–6+ weeks at a time)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Strong work ethic with a desire for long-term employment
- Willing to work a consistent 40-hour schedule
We encourage applicants from backgrounds such as:
- Telecom or Central Office Technician
- Cable or Broadband Installer
- Residential Service Technician
- Low Voltage Technician
- IT Support or Geek Squad Technician
- Electrical Helper
- Construction or Installation Technician
- Entry-level college graduates
- Anyone with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic who is eager to learn
Pay and Benefits
- $25-$28 per hour
- $180/day per diem for hotel and meals
- Flights, hotels, and travel arrangements provided
- Medical, Dental and Vision benefits offered
Requirements
- Must have clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be able to provide up to 7 years of employment verification
