At Violette Bakehouse, we're a small French bakery where every team member plays an important role. We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with customers and isn't afraid to jump in wherever help is needed.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Tuesday – Saturday
- 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay & Perks
- $13/hour + tips (typically an additional $4–6/hour)

What You'll Do
Customer Service
- Welcome every customer with a smile
- Help customers choose pastries, desserts, cakes, and drinks
- Answer questions about our products and make recommendations
- Take orders and process payments
- Keep the front of the bakery clean, stocked, and inviting
Kitchen Support (during slower periods)
- Weigh ingredients for recipes
- Prepare simple mixes following recipes
- Wash dishes and keep the kitchen organized
- Assist the pastry team with basic prep tasks
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Naturally warm, friendly, and enjoys talking with people
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- A true team player who is happy to help wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions carefully and pay attention to detail
- Able to read cursive handwriting
- Willing to learn about French pastries and share that knowledge with customers
Bonus Points
- French language skills are a plus!
- Previous café, bakery, restaurant, or retail experience is appreciated, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
