Job Description:
We are a growing real estate company looking for a reliable in-house HVAC technician to work on our buildings. Must have solid experience with commercial chillers and boilers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting commercial chillers and boilers at our properties
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
- Responding quickly to issues in our properties
- Working full-time as part of our in-house team
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with commercial chillers and boilers (required)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
