Duties
- Greet prospective tenants warmly and provide comprehensive tours of available units, highlighting key features and community amenities.
- Assist applicants through the leasing process by explaining lease terms, application procedures, and community policies clearly and confidently.
- Manage leasing documentation accurately, including data entry into property management system - AppFolio, ensuring all records are complete and compliant with Fair Housing regulations.
- Verify applicant information thoroughly adhering to all legal requirements.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone or email, maintaining professional phone etiquette and fostering positive customer relationships.
- Support lease signing processes by preparing contracts, explaining legal terms related to landlord-tenant law, and negotiating terms when appropriate.
- Maintain organized filing systems for leasing documents, contracts, and legal administrative records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with property maintenance coordination by reporting issues through Facilities Management software to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Promote community engagement through upselling available amenities or additional services that enhance resident experience.
- Uphold Fair Housing regulations by providing equal service to all applicants without discrimination.
- Collaborate with property management team on occupancy goals, conflict management with residents or prospects, and resolving leasing-related issues efficiently.

Work Environment
- Part-time position, includes weekends and some evenings.
- Spends time both in office and conducting tours around the property
