Sr. Software Engineer: Responsible for design and development of software solutions taking into account all aspects of Design requirements - e.g. data quality, architecture, security & operations. Work independently/ team as the work requires. Participate fully in team planning and work with colleagues to continuously improve the team�s performance. Report progress on development at daily stand-ups and escalate issues or slippage in a timely fashion, identifying remedial action to keep the project on track. Share & document system and domain knowledge to eliminate single points of failure. Requires the use of variety of software tools and technologies such as C# ASP.NET with MVC Framework, HTML, JavaScript & Jquery, XML/XSLT, ORMs and MS SQLServer, PL SQL in performing its duties. Work location: Bethesda, MD. Travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States may be required.
Requires a Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Applications, CIS, Computer Science or related, Math or any Engineering along with 5 years of experience as Sr. Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Project Manager/Lead or Consultant.
