Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Glass Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing glass walls for commercial office spaces, with a strong focus on attention to detail, efficiency, and safety. The Glass Installer will be expected to manage their time effectively, maintain professionalism on job sites, and provide excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install glass walls, partitions, and related systems in commercial office settings, ensuring precision and quality.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients.
- Manage job site preparation, including the unloading of materials and setup of work areas.
- Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain personal tools and vehicle for travel to job sites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in glass installation, particularly in commercial office environments.
- Familiarity with glass wall systems is highly preferred.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- OSHA certifications are a plus but not required.
- Must have personal tools necessary for the role.
- Reliable vehicle required for travel to job sites within the DMV area.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic or moderate ability to communicate in Spanish (Bilingual preferred)
