Tropical Gardens Landscape is looking for an experienced Lead Fertilization Technician who takes pride in doing high-quality work, communicating professionally, and helping landscapes look their best.

What You’ll Do
As our Lead Fertilization Technician, you will:
- Perform fertilization, weed control, pest control, and ornamental applications according to label, company standards, and Florida regulations
- Diagnose common turf, weed, insect, disease, irrigation-related, and ornamental plant health issues
- Service residential and/or commercial properties with professionalism and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with clients, managers, and team members
- Document applications, site conditions, service notes, and recommendations accurately
- Keep your truck, equipment, tools, tanks, and materials clean, organized, and ready to work
- Identify potential property issues and communicate recommended solutions
- Represent Tropical Gardens Landscape with professionalism, reliability, and pride
- Help maintain high quality standards across our fertilization services

- Understand Florida turf, ornamentals, weeds, insects, and common landscape health issues

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Prior fertilization, lawn care, pest control, ornamental care, or chemical application experience
- Ability to safely operate and maintain spray equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
- Florida Limited Urban Fertilizer Certification preferred
- Florida pesticide license or related certifications preferred
- Crew lead, route lead, or senior technician experience is a plus
