Join Our Team as a Strategic Partner to Executive Leadership

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) while leading projects, driving operational excellence, and serving as a trusted partner across the organization.
This is more than an administrative role. We are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and confidently support senior leadership while helping move critical initiatives forward.
What You'll Do
Executive & Administrative Support
- Serve as a key liaison between the CFO, executive leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Manage a highly complex calendar with competing priorities and changing schedules
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive events
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and communications
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support approvals, documentation workflows, contracts, and administrative processes
- Review budgets, manage administrative spend, and create purchase orders
- Welcome and interact with executive visitors, partners, and stakeholders
Project Management & Strategic Support
- Lead special projects from planning through execution while ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate company initiatives, leadership meetings, and large-scale presentations
- Facilitate large virtual meetings and events with multiple stakeholders
- Conduct research, gather data, and develop executive-level reports and presentations
- Coordinate annual budget meetings and cross-functional scheduling efforts
- Support team engagement initiatives, company culture events, and leadership activities
- Track progress and provide project updates to executive leadership
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of executive administrative support experience supporting C-level leadership
- 6+ years of project management experience with demonstrated ownership of projects and deadlines
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel coordination, and executive priorities
- Strong experience using collaboration and virtual communication platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading abilities
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Previous experience supporting leadership within Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resources, or Information Technology
- Prior experience supporting CFOs or senior financial leaders
- Experience coordinating large-scale projects and executive initiatives

Pay: $110,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year
