Position Overview:
- Keeps dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment spotless.
- Supports chefs and servers by ensuring a steady flow of clean supplies.
- Maintains a safe, organized, and sanitary work area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Prior dishwashing experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant required.
- Ability to multi-task while staying calm under pressure.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
