Overview
Butter My Brunch is an upscale, European-inspired brunch restaurant in Grapevine. We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and experienced Server who can handle fast-paced brunch service with professionalism and energy. The ideal candidate has strong hospitality skills, weekend availability, and experience in high-volume restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and guide them through menu highlights & signature brunch items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS (training provided)
- Manage multiple tables during busy brunch rushes
- Upsell cocktails, mimosa flights, and chef specials
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Maintain clean, organized tables and FOH areas
- Work closely with kitchen + expo for smooth communication
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Respond to guest questions and concerns with professionalism
Skills & Experience
- 1–2+ years of serving experience in full-service or high-volume restaurants
- Brunch or breakfast service experience strongly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy hours
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems
- Understanding of food safety & sanitation standards
- Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
