We are a marketing firm that is currently expanding alongside a major telecommunication company in the fiber optic and cell phone services continue growing across California and nationwide.
We are looking for ambitious, coachable individuals who want more than just another job. This position is designed for people interested in learning sales, leadership, business operations, and management through a hands-on training program.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide daily mentorship and training.

MANAGEMENT TRAINING STRUCTURE

SCHEDULE
Training Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
This is a fast-paced management training program designed to provide accelerated growth and development.
COMPENSATION
- 100% uncapped commission structure + bonuses
Average Earnings:
- $1,000–$1,300/week average representatives
- $1,800–$2,300+/week top performers
- Management opportunities can exceed $100,000–$200,000+ annually
