Community Banc Consulting is seeking an entry level accounting professional with experience and interest in Information Systems and Technology.
Our company, has been providing technology and compliance consulting to Community Banks throughout Ohio for over 25 years. Due to recent and continued growth we are searching for qualified Accounting candidates to assist us in maintaining a high level of customer care while assuming some IT-related duties.
The position will be responsible for learning our accounting processes and executing actions to complete the overall accounting for the organization. It will be a great learning opportunity and opportunity to advance your accounting career while learning new skills in a small business environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Overall accounting/bookkeeping input, analysis and day to day support.
- Occasional customer interface.
- Vendor management/purchasing interface and support of multiple vendors.
- IT auditing and staging of technology for our clients.
- Work hand in hand on IT projects with the engineering team.
- Provide support to the IT, Sales, Marketing, Accounting and Management staff.
- Workday generally 8-5 or 9-6.
Qualifications:
- Accounting degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Internet and typing skills
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills, ability to perform routine computing tasks
- QuickBooks experience
- Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to learn various skills and tasks within the organization
- Experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Experience in Information Technology is preferred. Ideal candidate will have interest in learning more about this line of business
