Part-Time / Seasonal Pool & Spa Retail Associate | Key Holder Role – Greenville
Pools Plus is seeking a Part-Time Associate for our Greenville pool store to work 8–16 hours (one or two shifts) per week. If you are looking for additional hours, flexibility to float to our Plainfield location—located approximately 30 minutes from Greenville may be available, but it is never guaranteed.
This is a sales-focused, customer-first role with the opportunity to earn commission and grow with the company.

Daily Responsibilities
- Run the store independently - after training
- Stock, organize, and maintain a clean store
- Help customers to their car with heavy items - must be able to lift 50lbs or more
- Perform water tests for customers
- Upsell products and explain why Pools Plus products are superior
- Work with the Store Manager to pace orders and receive product
- Provide exceptional customer service, every time
- Be a self-starter, work independently, and act with integrity
- Support other Managers when needed

Compensation
- Starting base: $15/hour
- 90-day review for performance and growth potential
- Commission: Historically adds $1–$4hour on top of base, averaged over the year
