Position Overview: As the Head of Single-Family Homeowner Association at Block Realty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our community management strategy while embodying our core values. This role requires an experienced leader who excels in driving operational excellence, fostering a culture of accountability, and continuously improving processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of HOA and CAM professionals and administrative staff by providing clear direction, mentorship, and support. Cultivate a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- HOA Management: Oversee the execution of day-to-day operations of homeowner association team, ensuring efficient management, excellent service to HOA Boards and homeowners, and adherence to community guidelines. Take ownership of key performance indicators related to property management.
- Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline HOA management processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Implement innovative solutions and best practices to optimize property operations.
- Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with Key HOA Boards through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a commitment to providing a well-maintained and welcoming community.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance and HOA team to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize property performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HOA, COA or CAM management, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Proficiency in HOA management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid motivator and team bulider and player
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
