Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and safety while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you’ll do:
- Own projects end-to-end — planning, pre-construction, construction, and closeout
- Deliver on quality, schedule, and budget
- Manage project budgets, vendors, and procurement activities
- Provide regular updates and presentations to executive stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- Project management experience on complex construction projects
- Experience with tools like Procore, MS Project, Epicor, and MS Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to job sites; valid driver’s license required
