Job Summary
Description
Maintenance techs are responsible for daily maintenance and repairs.
This position will need someone that can be multi-skilled and to troubleshoot issues with little direction.
Daily schedules may consist of small tasks or larger jobs that require more time.
Requirements
Experience with hotel or residential maintenance
Good communication skills / work well with guests
Understand simple plumbing, electrical, preventative maintenance, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
