What You Will Do
- Assess residents with speech, language, cognitive or swallowing issues. Track progress and adjust therapy plans based on their needs.
- Work with residents who have trouble speaking, understanding, or swallowing. Use exercises and techniques to help improve communication and safe eating.
- Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the clinical team.
What We Are Looking For
- Active and Clear SLP license in the State of Florida
- A caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus but not required
