Duties
- Monitoring & Managing our outsourced Contract Manufacturing Company and overseeing the Purchasing & Manufacturing efforts
- Managing our contract design company and assist in developing new products
- Monitor inventory levels continuously, utilizing data analytics to forecast demand and prevent stock shortages or excesses
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to import/export, safety standards, and quality assurance
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics regularly, preparing reports to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
Experience
- Experience in a start-up company preferred
- Experience in the Medical Device industry important
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to hold Program Management and Product Reviews & develop schedules & cost
- Ability to motivate Team members internally and with oursourcing partners
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in guiding teams through change initiatives and process enhancements
- Knowledge of global supply chain regulations, customs procedures, and compliance standards
- Must be able to commute to Westport, CT
