Insight Holdings, LLC located in Ohio City, Ohio is a full service real estate and development company seeking to hire an experienced property maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of residential maintenance experience and excellent customer service skills. We pride ourselves in providing the best living experience for our residents.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- Basic knowledge HVAC
- Basic knowledge of electrical
- Basic knowledge of plumbing
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Systems
- Basic knowledge Drywall, painting, and carpentry
- Landscaping and upkeep
- 2+ years of experience in home maintenance, apartment maintenance or equivalent
- Must pass background check
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders assigned in a timely manner based on priority
- Suite Prep / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
- Painting as needed
- Maintaining Property grounds
- Preventative maintenance projects as assigned
- Maintain and keep clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
- Assist in coverage for 24/7 emergency calls with other team members as needed
- Provide exemplary service to all residents when entering the home to perform work order (including proper clean up if necessary)
You must have a vehicle and have your own tools
Licenses
Must have valid driver’s license
