Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated <PERSON> to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of construction projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life through precise building techniques and effective project management. Duties
- Lead and assist in metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance throughout the process
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures
- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site supervision
- Execute masonry work, including bricklaying, stucco application, and siding installation with precision
- Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction workflows
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to guide project execution
- Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, and drywall installation for various projects
- Oversee restoration and remodeling tasks to update or repair existing structures
- Ensure proper use of hand tools and safety equipment while maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Collaborate with team members on welding, woodworking, plastering, and other specialized tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a focus on metal building erection and concrete work
- Strong knowledge of rebar installation, concrete finishing, masonry, roofing, siding, and framing techniques
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of construction work
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required
- Valid experience in remodeling projects including restoration work or siding replacement
