Job Summary
With this position you will be driving a sprinter van from tattoo shop to tattoo shop. You will need to be able to converse and establish good relations with tattoo artists and shops, providing them with the best service and information possible. Be able to manage inventory, have knowledge of the product, and establish great customer relationship.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED; Any experience in the sales and marketing, customer services, or a related professional area.
Preferred:
- Any experience as a sales representative.
- Any experience of Sprinter Van operations.
- Great communication skills
Sales Delivery Responsibilities:
- Handles customer inquiries and provides timely resolutions to issues.
- Works with customers to align customer preferences with brand needs and actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue and drive customer loyalty.
- Maintains customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Demonstrates excellent selling skills, strong communication skills, and a detailed understanding of van operations, routing, and planning.
- Transfers accurate, complete, and timely information to property in accordance with brand standards.
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
