About Oasis
Oasis is a modern café located inside Ultra Padel Club, serving premium specialty coffee, handcrafted matcha, fresh smoothies, signature refreshers, and elevated breakfast and lunch favorites. We're creating more than a café, we're building a community where great coffee, hospitality, wellness, and sport come together.
We're looking for energetic, passionate, and customer-focused baristas who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, specialty coffees, matcha, smoothies, and refreshers with consistency and care.
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and create a warm, positive atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately using our POS system while maintaining speed during busy periods.
- Maintain exceptional presentation of every drink and food item.
- Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and team to ensure efficient service.
- Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently recommend products to guests.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Help maintain the premium Oasis brand experience every day.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista or café experience preferred (specialty coffee experience is a plus).
- Passion for coffee, matcha, and hospitality.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with espresso machines and milk steaming.
- Latte art skills.
- Smoothie or juice bar experience.
- Food handler certification.
- Interest in health, fitness, racquet sports, or wellness.
