Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Apply pest control treatments using specialized hand tools, power tools, safely and efficiently
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance or follow-up treatments
- Operate vehicles responsibly to travel between job sites, ensuring compliance with all driving safety regulations
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions for reporting and compliance purposes
- Use techniques to support integrated pest management strategies when applicable
Qualifications
- Prior experience in pest control not needed.
- Weight and height in proportion, must be able to crawl under homes and get up in attic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles between sites
- Have a willingness to learn and pick up on new skills and ideas
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing, walking, bending.
