Iron Shield Roofing is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting our sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments for roofing inspections and estimates.
- Follow up with homeowners regarding appointments and project updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and office staff.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
