Requirements
- 2+ years with the same employer within the last 5 years
- Previous manufacturing or technical operator experience
- Experience using hand tools
- Able to read a tape measure
- Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Strong attendance and safety record
First Week
- Train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
- Complete safety orientation and hands-on training
- Transition to your assigned shift after training
Responsibilities
- Operate the shag plate production line
- Load and move steel plates
- Monitor equipment and inspect finished products
- Use hand tools and read tape measurements
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Cross-train in other production and machine operator roles
