In this position you will also lead the daily operations of our office. This involves overseeing administrative functions, managing vendor relationships, coordinating events, and supporting team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. Responsibilities
- Create compelling content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and advertising materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems such as WordPress.
- Support SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and utilizing SEO tools to improve search engine rankings.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance social media marketing efforts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Contribute to digital advertising campaigns through Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) initiatives to maximize reach and conversions.
- Collaborate with the owner on website updates, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL where necessary to improve user experience and site performance.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, track analytics with Google Analytics, and optimize performance marketing strategies.
Office Duties
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management for staff and leadership.
- Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and professional development.
- Oversee vendor management activities such as negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and maintaining supplier relationships.
- Handle human resources functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, manage budgets for office supplies and events, and ensure proper filing of all documentation.
- Support medical or specialized office management tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Pay: $15.25 - $19.75 per hour
