Director of Nursing (DON)

NKSTHD is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead and oversee nursing services in a skilled nursing setting. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff, scheduling, and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with Title 22, CMS, and state/federal regulations
- Lead infection control, QAPI, and survey readiness
- Manage staffing (PPD) and PBJ reporting
- Support staff development and promote quality care
Qualifications:
- Active CA RN license (BSN required; Master’s preferred)
- 3–5 years skilled nursing experience
- 2+ years in nursing leadership
- Knowledge of Title 22, CMS, PPD, and PBJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM (flexible, some on-call)
Salary: $115,000–$180,000 DOE
