Title of Position – Restaurant Manager
Job Description
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the successful execution of company policies and procedures at every level, ensuring consistent customer service and high‑quality food preparation. A strong candidate will demonstrate effective leadership, innovative thinking, and a genuine passion for the industry.
Working closely with the Management Team, the Restaurant Manager will hire, develop, and maintain a cohesive staff focused on achieving shared goals. Additional responsibilities include administrative duties such as reporting financial documentation to corporate offices, scheduling staff in alignment with labor cost policies, and maintaining a strong understanding of P&L reports.
