About the Role
This hybrid role combines customer and internal training, operations support, customer interaction, process improvement, and documentation development. You'll become a subject matter expert on OmniSharp systems and work directly with customers to ensure operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams can confidently use and understand the benefits of our equipment.
Duties
Customer Training & Field Support (~35%)
- Train personnel on equipment operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support equipment deployments and customer onboarding activities
- Gather customer feedback and communicate opportunities and concerns to internal teams
- Build relationships with plant supervisors, managers, and operators
Documentation & Knowledge Development (~40%)
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and reference guides
- Convert real-world field experience into clear, repeatable documentation
- Improve training programs based on feedback and operational data
- Help standardize processes across customers and internal operations
Operations & Continuous Improvement (~20%)
- Support operational initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Assist with onboarding and training new internal team members
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Service, and Leadership teams
- Participate in special projects as business needs evolve
Project Coordination (~5%)
- Assist with planning and coordination of training and deployment activities
- Track action items and follow-ups
- Support communication between customers and internal stakeholders

- Enjoy teaching and helping others succeed
- Comfortable presenting to groups and conducting hands-on training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to learn technical systems and explain them simply
- Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable
- Comfortable working in both manufacturing facilities and office environments
- Process-improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% of the time (Up to 2 weeks at a time occasionally)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently
- Spanish language skills are a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
