We are a fast-paced Japanese ramen restaurant committed to serving authentic, high-quality food with outstanding customer service. We are currently hiring both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) team members. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude.
Front of House Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently with kitchen staff to provide excellent service
Back of House Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation
- Cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Prepare ramen, appetizers, and other menu items consistently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Wash dishes and keep workstations clean as needed
- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred
