Responsibilities

Draft motions, briefs, and substantive pleadings in patent and IP disputes

Conduct legal and technical research related to patent infringement and validity

Support trial preparation, expert discovery, and claim construction strategy

Assist with IP portfolio strategy, enforcement, and risk assessment

Collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on high‑profile matters
Qualifications

JD from a top tier law school
-
Admission to at least one US jurisdiction

Three to six years of intellectual property experience

Background in patent litigation strongly preferred

Technical background helpful but not required

Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast paced environment
