What You'll Do
- Develop and execute eCommerce growth strategies that increase revenue and profitability.
- Manage and optimize online sales platforms, including Shopify, marketplaces, and digital storefronts.
- Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, sales trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead initiatives focused on conversion rate optimization (CRO), customer acquisition, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage online merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product presentation.
- Monitor industry trends and implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to measure performance and drive data-based decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of eCommerce, digital marketing, or online retail management experience.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or comparable eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, customer acquisition, and analytics.
- Experience driving online sales growth and improving website conversion performance.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and performance reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
- Sports enthusiast, experience with licensed sports products is a plus but not required

Work location: Hybrid Position – Must be available to be in office 4 days a week.
