Position Summary
We are looking for a high-energy instructor to teach the swing to athletes ranging from 8-year-olds to high school players. Your objective is to get players game-ready using the Infinite Hitting Program, which combines science, coaching, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruction: Conduct daily training sessions focused on proper swing mechanics and mechanical efficiency.
- Technology: Utilize technology including video analysis to provide data-backed feedback.
- Personalized Planning: Develop and monitor individualized development plans for every athlete.
- Communication: Discuss progress and improvement areas with parents and guardians.
- Retention: Help maintain a positive, high-energy environment to ensure client growth and retention.
Candidate Qualifications
- Playing Experience: Collegiate or professional playing experience is required.
- Coaching Experience: Prior coaching experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- One week of training onsite at corporate location in Florida is required (travel costs are covered).
- Mindset: A results-oriented, "team-first" attitude with a passion for player development.
- Availability: Must be available for afternoon/evening shifts (typically Mon-Fri 3–10 PM) and Saturdays (10 AM–3 PM).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Typically ranges from $44,000 - $50,000.
