We are looking for a highly experienced locksmith industry professional who is ready for the next stage of their career.
This is not an entry-level management position.
We specifically want someone who has spent years in the locksmith industry and understands how this business really works — technicians, dispatching, customers, sales, pricing, scheduling, emergencies, lead flow, and the daily challenges of running a successful locksmith operation.
You may have worked as a top locksmith technician, dispatcher, sales professional, team leader, operations manager, or manager for another locksmith company.
You already have the knowledge.
You already understand the industry.
Now you may be looking for an opportunity where you can use that experience to help operate and grow an established company — and participate financially in the growth you help create.
The Opportunity
We have an established locksmith operation in Houston with technicians, customers, marketing, lead generation, systems, and infrastructure already in place.
We are looking for the right person to step into a major leadership position and eventually take responsibility for the day-to-day locksmith operation.
You will work directly with ownership, but we are looking for someone who can increasingly operate independently.
We want someone who can look at the business like it is their own.
Someone who sees five technicians working at the same time and knows how to manage them.
Someone who understands which technician should receive which job.
Someone who knows when a customer needs attention, when a technician needs direction, when an estimate needs to be followed up, and when an opportunity is being lost.
Most importantly, we want someone who understands how to turn leads, technicians, and good operations into revenue.
You Must Know the Locksmith Industry
Professional locksmith industry experience is required.
We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in the locksmith business.
You should already understand:
- Residential and commercial locksmith services
- Automotive locksmith services
- Locksmith pricing and job values
- Dispatching and territory management
- Managing multiple locksmith technicians simultaneously
- Commission-based technicians
- Customer service and complaint resolution
- Sales and closing
- Estimates and follow-ups
- Technician performance and accountability
- Managing busy days with multiple incoming jobs
- Recruiting and developing technicians
- How a profitable mobile locksmith operation should run
We are not looking to teach someone the locksmith business from the beginning.

Compensation
This is not intended to be a standard fixed-salary management position.
Compensation will include:
Base Salary + Performance-Based Compensation + Percentage Based on Company Revenue
The structure will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience.
