We're looking for someone who can serve as the face of our showroom and help create a memorable first impression for every visitor.
Position Overview
As our Director of Showroom Experience, you will be the first person clients meet when they visit our showroom. This role combines hospitality, organization, branding, and administrative support to ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who takes pride in creating a warm, polished, and professional environment while supporting our team and contributing to our brand presence.
What You'll Do
Client Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome homeowners, interior designers, builders, contractors, and commercial clients to our showroom
- Create a warm, luxury-inspired client experience
- Offer refreshments and ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Manage showroom appointments and visitor flow
- Maintain a polished and organized showroom environment
Team & Administrative Support
- Assist sales and project teams with day-to-day administrative needs
- Organize and maintain office documents and files
- Order office and hospitality supplies as needed
- Support operational tasks that help the showroom run smoothly
- Assist with client communications and follow-up when appropriate
Marketing & Brand Support
- Create and schedule social media content
- Capture showroom photos and project highlights
- Help maintain a consistent and professional brand presence
- Support marketing initiatives and email communications as needed

Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, design showrooms, customer service, front desk administration, real estate, or similar client-facing roles
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working in a professional showroom or luxury environment is a plus
