Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Ink Manufacturing Technician responsible for producing inks and dispersions by accurately mixing chemicals and following established procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, understand the importance of workplace safety, and be proficient with measurements and basic calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately mix chemicals according to formulation instructions and SOPs.
- Safely handle, measure, and combine chemicals.
- Ensure consistency and quality of inks and dispersions.
- Follow safety protocols strictly and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Perform accurate unit conversions and measurements as needed.
- Document production batches accurately.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in basic math, including measurements and unit conversions.
- Ability to lift up to 20kg (approximately 44 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.
- Must be able to commute reliably Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols is imperative.
- No felony criminal records.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in manufacturing, chemical handling, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
