We’re Hiring: Full Stack Engineer: TypeScript / React / Python / Postgres SQL
Teli AI is one of the fastest growing conversational AI platforms that powers voice and SMS automation at scale. We help teams manage conversations, qualify leads, and drive more business across industries like mortgage, real estate, financial services, and servicing.
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can build across the entire stack and isn’t afraid to ship fast. You’ll own features end-to-end, from React front ends to Python backends, all running on Supabase.
This isn’t a “wait for a ticket” role. You’ll have real ownership, real impact, and you’ll be expected to use agentic AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code as a core part of how you build. If you’re already using AI to code faster and smarter, we want to talk.
What you’ll do:
- Build responsive web apps with React, TypeScript, and modern tooling (Next.js, Vite, or similar)
- Design and ship APIs in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Model and optimize data in Supabase / PostgreSQL, including RLS policies and Edge Functions
- Write clean, testable, strongly typed code and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Integrate third-party APIs, handle auth flows, webhooks, and error recovery
- Use agentic AI tools daily to accelerate development across the stack
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and React (internships count)
- Backend experience with Python and at least one production framework
- Hands-on with PostgreSQL / Supabase (Auth, Realtime, Storage)
- Strong SQL skills: schema design, indexing, migrations
- Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and a clear perspective on using them to ship without cutting corners
- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and Docker
- Clear communicator who can talk tech with non-technical teammates
- Required: Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident
Nice to have:
- Experience with serverless / edge computing
- Background in AI/ML integrations or LLM APIs
- Startup experience or high-autonomy environment
- Open-source contributions or a portfolio of shipped work
Compensation: Starting at $60,000/year with room to grow based on performance.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
