Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation compliance.

Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager in Philadelphia.
