Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Team Leader Recruiter to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts and lead a dynamic recruitment team. Duties
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals while maintaining high standards of quality and candidate experience
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies utilizing ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft to source diverse talent pools
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
- Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions
- Utilize social media management tools and cold calling techniques for lead generation and campus recruitment initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations while managing contracts, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations
- Conduct research on market trends to optimize sourcing channels and improve talent acquisition outcomes
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Extensive experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and internal recruiting processes
- Proficiency in ATS systems such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, PeopleSoft, HRIS platforms like SAP HR or UltiPro, and payroll systems including ADP and Paychex
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates through social media management, cold calling, relationship management, and HR sourcing techniques
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance across all recruitment activities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using tools like Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday for workforce planning and employee management
- Demonstrated leadership in training & development programs focusing on succession planning and talent retention strategies

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
