Minimum of 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience required (2+ years preferred)

Active U.S. license required at the time of consideration — license required if applicable

No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment unless documentation of scheduled renewal is provided

Valid U.S. Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted

No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Up to 5 days of RTO is allowed but must be made up during the assignment

Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and may be subject to a reduced pay package

Local candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts at this facility; after completion, candidates must either separate from the facility for a minimum of 1 year or transition to a facility outside the 50-mile radius
