As an HVAC Installation Helper, you will work closely alongside our Installation Technicians and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service. Installation Helpers spend significant time in our customers’ homes and businesses, making professionalism, communication, and attention to detail essential. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a positive attitude, as well as the ability to represent Priority 1 HVAC with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Support lead Installation Technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Provide courteous and respectful service to customers
Qualifications:
- Trade school graduation and/or prior HVAC installation experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
