Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charleston-North is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Part-Time Guest Services Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and memorable stay.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out.

Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries professionally.

Process reservations and payments using hotel systems.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously.

Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.

Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Follow all IHG and STRAND Hospitality brand standards and policies.
Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Reliable, professional, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
