The cashier is responsible for providing excellent service to guests. Cashiers must accurately record a customer’s order as well as handle cash and operate the POS system to process the transaction. Cashiers must be able to listen when customers have problems or concerns with their orders and respond to their questions appropriately, as well as answering guests questions about the menu, suggesting meals if asked, reporting orders to the kitchen-explaining customer changes if necessary. They may package to-go items, help guests find seats and assist servers or customers when necessary. Cashiers should also be prepared to assist colleagues during busy periods or when needed.
The server is responsible for delivering food and beverages to the table, refilling beverages if needed, and listening when customers have problems or concerns with their orders and respond to their questions appropriately,. Servers also help prepare drink orders, clear/clean tables and help set up and stock the concession and dining areas.
No experience isn't a problem, we are prepared to train any new hires.
