Resort Management & Consulting Group is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our resort maintenance team. This position is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance throughout resort units and public areas to help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained property for owners and guests.
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
- Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
- Repair doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, and lighting
- Maintain resort units and public spaces to company standards
- Respond to guest and owner maintenance requests promptly
- Assist with inventory, supplies, and maintenance organization
- Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of maintenance or facilities experience
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs preferred
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull as required for the position
