Position Summary
Chick-fil-A at Campbellsville University is seeking reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our Back-of-House team as a Breader/Dishwasher. This position plays a critical role in maintaining Chick-fil-A's high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of supporting the entire team through consistent food preparation and dish room operations.
Essential Responsibilities
Breader Duties
- Prepare and hand-bread chicken according to Chick-fil-A recipes and procedures.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards at all times.
- Properly rotate and store products following FIFO procedures.
- Monitor product levels and prepare items to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a clean and organized breading station.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Dishwasher Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Keep dish room, sinks, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks and closing procedures.
- Ensure clean dishes and equipment are available for kitchen operations throughout the day.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
