Part-Time Saturday - Monday at our Dilworth Location
IDOLIZE Brows and Beauty is hiring a Licensed Lash Artist & Esthetician for a part-time role in our Charlotte spa locations. Candidates must hold a current North Carolina Esthetician License and have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in eyelash extensions, facials, and waxing in a professional salon or spa. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering high-quality services, building strong client relationships, and maintaining IDOLIZE service standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications – Licensed Lash Artist & Esthetician
Required
- Current North Carolina Esthetician License
- 1+ year professional eyelash extension experience
- 1+ year facial and body waxing experience
- 1+ year facial service experience
- 1+ year experience working in a licensed salon or spa (outside of school)
- Portfolio or before/after lash work required
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday–Monday required for our Dilworth Location)
Preferred
- Experience upselling spa services and retail products
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume spa environment
Responsibilities – Licensed Lash Artist & Esthetician
- Perform eyelash extension, facial, and waxing services at a high professional standard
- Educate clients on aftercare, services, and product recommendations
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver consistent service quality
- Upsell services and retail products when appropriate
- Assist with general spa cleanliness and team support tasks
- Follow IDOLIZE protocols for safety, sanitation, and service consistency
