We are seeking a licensed Life & Health Insurance Representative to join our sales and client relations team. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and wants to grow within the insurance and financial services industry. Applicants must hold an active Life & Health license. Property & Casualty licensing is not required at the time of hire, but must be obtained within a designated time frame.
This is a full-time, in-office position.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their life and health insurance needs

Offer tailored solutions including Life, Health, Disability, and Supplemental insurance policies

Promote the value of comprehensive insurance coverage and educate clients on available options

Actively participate in lead generation, referral programs, and community-based outreach

Support marketing initiatives including digital outreach and in-person events

Maintain accurate documentation using State Farm systems

Provide excellent service and follow-up to ensure long-term client satisfaction and policy retention

What We’re Looking For:

Active Life & Health insurance license (required)

Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license within a specified time frame

Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is helpful

This role is based in our Haslett, TX office. Candidates must be within commuting distance and able to work in person.
