We provide comprehensive training and mentorship, including guidance through obtaining your life and health license as part of onboarding. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, personalized service, and ongoing follow-up.
- Educate clients on financial products including insurance options and wealth-building solutions.
- Guide clients through understanding their options so they can make informed decisions about their financial protection needs.
- Attend training sessions and work toward required licensing with support from the team.
- Represent the company at community events, referral meetings, and networking opportunities to build your client base.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all client interactions.
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable with entrepreneurial, commission-based work.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, events, or small business ownership is a plus.
- Willingness to obtain a life and health insurance license (training provided).
- Coachable and eager to learn financial products and industry best practices.

Pay range
- Starting amount: $1,000/month
- Minimum: $500/month
- Maximum: $6,000+/month
- Commission-based, uncapped earning potential
