Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, offering product recommendations and solutions.
- Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers, ensuring proper cash drawer handling and cash management.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Support the store’s daily operations through cash handling duties, inventory management, and assisting with retail store tasks to enhance the shopping experience.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in a retail store environment involving customer interaction.
- Experience in cash handling, cashiering, or cashier training is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently in fast-paced settings.
